This year’s symposium is jointly hosted by U of T and St. Michael's Hospital of Unity Health Toronto. This full-day accredited event is designed for health-care professionals and will focus on the latest pediatric and adult clinical practice guidelines for obesity management. Attendees will explore practical nutrition strategies, evidence-based treatments, and approaches to integrate pharmacological interventions. The symposium will also address ways to reduce weight stigma in both clinical and public health settings.
