This Nursing Week, on Monday, May 11 from 2 – 3 p.m., the Toronto Academic Health Science Network (TAHSN) is hosting a live, virtual panel discussion featuring experts in nursing, informatics, data science and law to explore the impact and considerations of integrating artificial intelligence into nursing practice.

The panelists are:

  • Azadeh (Azzy) Assadi, Clinical Lead of Data Science and Machine Learning Lab (LaussenLabs), Hospital for Sick Children
  • Melanie de Wit, Vice President of Strategy, Partnerships & Risk, and Chief Legal Officer, Unity Health Toronto
  • Kamini (Kama) Kalia, Director of Health Information and Informatics Solutions, Trillium Health Partners
  • Tracie Risling, Associate Professor and the Associate Dean of Innovation and Research, Faculty of Nursing, University of Calgary
