The TAHSN Anti-Black and Anti-Indigenous Racism Toolkits for the Health Care Workforce offer practical, evidence-informed resources to support education, workforce data collection, and reporting racism (incidents of) in health care organizations. Developed collaboratively with partners across the Toronto region, these toolkits help leaders and teams take coordinated, actionable steps to advance equity, strengthen accountability, and create safer, more inclusive workplaces for Black and Indigenous staff and communities.
