TAHSN Policy and Guidelines for Communities of Practice

TAHSN has served as a platform for impactful collaboration, relationship building, and shared learning across member institutions through its standing committees and also through self-organized communities of practice (CoPs). This document outline's TAHSN's approach to CoPs, including clarity on how CoPs are defined, best practice guidance for managing a CoP, and expectations where the TAHSN name is utilized by a CoP. Overall it serves as guidance for CoPs in establishing clear purpose, appropriate governance, effective ways of working, and transparent accountability.
