The first Leadership Program Alumni day of CCL will focus on how listening and responding can shape a culture, shift a team and change life in heath care and education. The CCL is a certificate program offered by UHN in collaboration with U of T and the Centre for Advancing Collaborative Healthcare & Education. The session will explore Dialogic Orientation Quadrant framework and offer practical tools and encouragement for creating conversations that will help to listen precisely and respond intentionally.
